This site is operated by Mistal Consulting ("we", "I"). This page explains what data is collected when you use it, and what happens to that data.
When you complete the application quiz, we collect your answers (your situation, skill, investment level, and commitment level). If you provide them, we also collect your first name, email address, and Instagram handle. This data is delivered to us by email through FormSubmit, a form processing service, and stored in our inbox.
When you book a call, your booking details (name, email, and any answers you give in the booking form) are collected and stored by Calendly under Calendly's privacy policy.
Two things only: preparing for and scheduling your call, and following up with you about working together. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing.
We process this data on the basis of your consent (you submit it voluntarily) and our legitimate interest in responding to your application.
Application data is kept for as long as it is relevant to a potential or ongoing coaching relationship, after which it is deleted.
You can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time. Contact us via Instagram @patryk_mistal and we'll handle it.
This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the page. Embedded services (Calendly, video players) may set their own cookies under their own policies.
